Kelvington RCMP


4:30 p.m.


The Kelvington/Rose Valley RCMP and Crime Stoppers are seeking assistance from the public in finding a missing child who was reported missing this morning from Yellow Quill First Nation, SK.

Trevor KINNIEWESS, 14 years old, was last seen in Yellow Quill on Saturday the 19th of July. He has not returned home since. It is believed that he may have hitchhiked to Regina but his destination is not known. He is described as first nations, 5’6” tall, 120 lbs, slim build, with brown eyes and short black hair. He was last wearing a grey sweater, orange and black shorts, and a red "Miami" hat. No photo is available at this time.



Southend RCMP

On 2014/07/20 at 1940 the Southend RCMP received a complaint of a boater that had fallen out of his boat on Reindeer Lake. RCMP members along with an officer from the Ministry of Environment responded to the initial call. Police searched the area in an attempt to locate the 32 year old male from Southend. The search continued this morning with the assistance of many local volunteers from Southend. CASARA also attended this morning and assisted with an air search of the area. A team of volunteers from Grandmother's Bay arrived with an underwater camera device to help with search.


The RCMP Underwater Recovery Team (URT) has also been deployed and will continue efforts to locate the male.



Fillmore/Weyburn RCMP


12:15 p.m.


Members from the Fillmore and Weyburn RCMP are currently on the scene of a single vehicle rollover involving a three-axle fuel tanker on Highway #47, 5 miles south of Stoughton.  The tanker was carrying diesel at the time of the rollover.  Fuel is not leaking from the tanker and arrangements have been made to have the diesel removed from the tanker.  There were no injuries as a result of this collision.


The north-bound lane of Highway #47 will be restricted for the next several hours while the vehicle is removed from the scene.  Drivers are asked to drive with caution in the area and slow to 60 km/hour when passing emergency workers.


In addition to Fillmore and Weyburn RCMP, Stoughton Fire and EMS also attended to the scene.



Fort Qu'Appelle RCMP

On 2014/07/19 at approx 1050 hours the RCMP in Fort Qu'Appelle responded to a single motor vehicle rollover accident on the Pasqua First Nation. Two adult males were located at the accident scene. One male was transported via STARS air ambulance to Regina General Hospital. The second male was transported by ambulance to the All Nations Healing Hospital in Fort Qu'Appelle. Both males suffered serious injuries but are considered to be in stable condition.


The accident is still under investigation and alcohol is believed to have been a contributing factor in this accident.

242 pm - 25 year old male reported missing.  Last scene by complainant on Friday July 18th.  Several checks completed but subject's whereabouts remain unknown.  Dwayne SAPP described as being over 6', thin build, with short black hair and brown eyes.



North Battleford RCMP

2014 July 21 830 am

A 20 year old male was arrested on the evening of July 20th in relation to this investigation.  He is currently in custody and is scheduled to appear in North Battleford Provincial Court at 930 am on charges of Robbery with a Firearm, Assault with a Weapon and Possession of a Weapon.  The investigation is ongoing.


2014 July 20   1245 pm

North Battleford RCMP are investigating an attempted armed robbery in a parking lot off Territorial Drive at approximately 4:30 am this morning.  Two males were approached by three suspects while sitting in their vehicles.  The suspects demanded cash and property, and one male appeared to in possession of a firearm.  One suspect bear sprayed one victim before both victims were able to flee from the scene.  The suspects then fled area without gaining any property.  One victim was treated at hospital for the effects of the bear spray.  The investigation is ongoing.

Over 20 calls for service/occurrences reported, including 5 traffic complaints, 1 False Alarm, 4 Municipal Bylaw/Noise complaints.



836 am - 21 year old man reported  at a residence on 109th Street in violation of a no contact order.  Suspect located and investigation ongoing.


903 am - 21 year old woman charged with Failing to Comply with Conditions of her Undertaking for failing to report to detachment as required.  Warrant for arrest pending.


948 am - 34 year old man arrested after report of intoxicated male causing problems at a residence on 101st Street.  Found in possession of a small amount of marihuana and a knife.  Charges pending.


116 pm - Called to a residence on 106th Street after a third party complaint of problems at residence with a male.  Upon arrival everything fine.


209 pm - Report of several person at a business on Railway Avenue east bothering customers and begging for money.  4 subjects located and identified.  All parties warned and left area.


242 pm - 25 year old male reported missing.  Last scene by complainant on Friday July 18th.  Several checks completed but subject's whereabouts remain unknown.  Dwayne SAPP described as being over 6', thin build, with short black hair and brown eyes.


637 pm - 24 year old woman arrested and facing charges of Care and Control of a vehicle while over .08, Care and Control of a vehicle while impaired, and Uttering Threats after a report of an impaired driver on 100th Street.  Located at a business on the 1700 block of 100th.  She has since been released and is scheduled to appear in court on August 11th.


853 pm - Called to a residence on 103rd Street, two people having an argument over child care/access issues.  Matter mediated.



141 am - Report of several people on 100th Street consuming alcohol.  Four subjects located with alcohol which was seized.


326 am - 45 year old male arrested and charged with Failing to Comply with conditions of an Undertaking, found intoxicated on 100th Street by patrolling members.  Held for court in morning.


515 am - Report of theft of some tobacco from a residence on 110th Street.  Suspects known to victim were at residence earlier requesting cigarettes.  Investigation ongoing.
