Yorkton RCMP

As a result of an investigation by Yorkton Municipal RCMP and Yorkton Provincial GIS into crack cocaine trafficking the following people have been charged:

 

Jesse David Mckee has been charged with trafficking cocaine and oxycodone as well as possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and unlawful possession of oxycodone.  Mr. Mckee appeared in Yorkton Provincial today and has been remanded into custody until July 10, 2014 for a show cause hearing.

 

James Robert Bradstock has been charged with trafficking cocaine and possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking as well as unlawful possession of  oxycodone and has been released from custody and is scheduled to appeared in Yorkton Provincial court on August 11, 2014.

Update to previous media release:

 

26 year old Shantel Lauren Mike was apprehended yesterday in Prince Albert regarding this investigation and is appearing in Prince Albert Provincial Court today at 9:30 am on her charges.

 

Waskesiu Lake RCMP are still looking for information on the location of Kevin Brian Henderson. A request to the public, that if seen, to contact the RCMP or Crimestoppers. Do not approach this individual as he may be armed and dangerous.

Update to previous media release:  

 

Waskesiu Lake RCMP Detachment would like to notify the public that 66 year old Marina Henderson has been located.  As a result of the RCMP investigation that originated on the morning of June 30 at the Montreal Lake First Nation, 30 year old Kevin Brian Henderson of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, has been charged with the following offences:

 

·         Attempted murder;

·         Aggravated assault;

·         Kidnapping;

·         Robbery;

·         Two counts of stealing a motor vehicle;

·         Three counts of failing to comply with a recognizance.

 

In addition, 26 year old Shantel Laureen Mike of Beardy’s Okemasis First Nation, Saskatchewan, has been charged with the following offences:

 

·         Attempted murder;

·         Aggravated assault;

·         Kidnapping;

·         Robbery;

·         Two counts of stealing a motor vehicle.

 

The RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Kevin Henderson and Shantel Mike.  If located, do not approach either of the these individuals as they may be armed and dangerous.  Please call your local RCMP Detachment or Crimestoppers.

Waskesiu Lake RCMP are looking for the public's assistance in locating a vehicle and the registered owner that was involved in an early morning investigation today in Montreal Lake Cree Nation. A Red 2000 Chevrolet Venture Van, Sask Licence Plate 031 JDZ is owned by 66 year old Marina HENDERSON from Montreal Lake Cree Nation. Marina is described as first nation, 173 cm and heavy set, brown hair and brown eyes.

 

Police were called to the Montreal Lake Medical Clinic shortly after 5 am to investigate an assault that occurred. The vehicle the assault occurred in had departed from the scene before police were able to attend. At this time police want to confirm the well being of the parties involved, in particular the registered owner Marina HENDERSON.

Over 30 calls for service/occurrence reported, including 2 False Alarms, 3 False Nuisance 911 calls, 6 Traffic complaints, 1 Municipal Bylaw/Noise Complaint.

 

2014.07.02

805 am - 38 year old male arrested for Public Intoxication on 102nd Street, located severely intoxicated by patrolling members.

 

841 am - Call to a residence on Ross Crescent of a female "freaking out" at that location.  Upon arrival all parties calm and uncooperative about what had transpired.  It was explained to them that if they don't want to have the police show up at their home, the best way to do that is not to call the police and asked the to come to your home.

 

911 am - Vandalized mailbox on Kildeer Drive.

 

935 am - Tenant evicted from a home on 109th Street reported to still be squatting in home.  Home cleared and subject not located.

 

1256 pm - Two vehicle collision at intersection of Territorial Drive and 100th Street.  Both vehicle sustained significant damage and were towed from scene.  Only minor injuries reported.  Cause of collision remains under investigation, alcohol was not a factor.

 

148 pm - Report of a hit and run in a parking lot on 99th Street which occurred some time this morning.

 

204 pm - Theft of gasoline from a business on 100th Street.

 

354 pm - Report of a suspicious male on 106th Street, reported to be riding a bike and bothering people, including some inappropriate comments.  Subject not located and inconsistent accounts of how subject was behaving.  Investigation ongoing.

 

359 pm - 911 call of a child left in a parked car alone at Frontier Mall parking lot, suspect gone upon arrival and investigation is ongoing.

 

435 pm - Assistance provided to Fire department regarding a garage fire on 1600 block of 106th Street.

 

538 pm - Members called to residence on 102nd street, caller reporting a male bleeding from a minor injury to his face.  Male refused to provide any details concerning how injury was sustained.

 

605 pm - Report of a subject breaking into complainants house and going to sleep.  40 year old male was located and arrested at home on 102nd Street.  Complainant did not wish to have any charges laid and she knew the suspect.  Held in custody until sober.

 

750 pm - 57 year old male, quite intoxicated, arrested on 101st Street after report of a male refusing to pay for a meal after eating at location.

 

859 pm - 44 year old male arrested and charged for Failing to Comply with no alcohol conditions of his Probation, after a call of a passed on male on a lawn on 101st Street.

 

1057 pm - 38 year old male facing charges of Failing to Comply with Undertaking after failing to be located at approved residence after curfew.

 

1138 pm - Report of an unknown mail knocking on door on 105th Street for several minutes.  Finally left area as police called.  Not located.

 

2014.07.03

421 am - Members advised of a male at hospital being treated for injuries sustained in an assault and possible robbery attempt near area of 14th Avenue and 114th Street earlier in the evening.  Injuries not serious and he has since been released from hospital.  Investigation still in early stages and is continuing.

 

522 am - Report of altercation between subjects during exchange of child.  History of custody disagreements.  Investigation ongoing.
