Saskatoon RCMP



Saskatoon RCMP are asking the public for their assistance in locating the driver of a Super B grain trailer that was travelling westbound on Highway #27, three miles east of Vonda, SK on May 13, 2014 around 8 o’clock in the morning.

The driver of the trailer may have witnessed a fatal motor vehicle collision and police would like some information from the driver.  The driver may not have been aware that a collision had occurred. At the time of the collision, visibility was reduced due to the significant amount of dust in the air.

Humboldt RCMP


11:35 hrs


Tuesday night, May 13, 2014 around 6:30 pm, a 10 year old boy from Humboldt was biking through the back alley near Cash's Car Wash when he entered 2nd Avenue and struck the side of a passing truck. The boy was transported by ambulance to Humboldt District Hospital with non life threatening injuries and released later that night. Police investigation found that the driver of the truck was not at fault and as such no charges will be pursued in this matter.

Approximately 25 calls for service/occurrences reported.  2 False Alarms.  2 False/Nuisance 911 calls.  1 Municipal Bylaw complaint and several traffic related complaints.



720 am - Unwanted male banging on window to residence on Winder Crescent, left when members called.  No charges desired.


738 am - Black 2007 Toyota Tundra with Saskatchewan License 345 IMX stolen from 1700 block of 98th Street.


836 am - Vehicle on Kildeer Driver gone through over night, some items moved around, nothing reported missing.


1121 am - Members notified of a certified patient having escaped from care on 107th Street.  Members located subject a short time later at a residence and returned her without further incident.


237 pm - Theft of a bike reported.  Suspect under 12, bike was returned and suspect apology completed.


337 pm - Unwanted guest at a residence on 109th Street.  Subject was removed without incident.


352 pm - 15 year old youth reported to be unlawfully at large from Open Custody Facility, failed to return after school.  Whereabout remain unknown, facing new charge.


442 pm - 45 year old male arrested and charged for Causing a Disturbance, found very intoxicated and sleeping on street corner on 8th Avenue.


645 pm - 36 year old male arrested and charged for Public Intoxication on 11th Avenue.


1119 pm - 15 year old youth in violation of curfew conditions after check.  Investigation ongoing, charges are still pending.



1201 am - 41 year old male arrested and charged for Public Intoxication, found yelling at a building on 103rd Street.


1209 am - Report of people arguing at a residence on 98th Street.  One subject already gone, discovered he was on conditions not to be at the residence.  Investigation ongoing and charges pending.


240 am - Unwanted person at a residence on 96th Street, subject has broken a screen door.  Suspect gone upon police arrival and complainant did not wish to have police pursue matter.


320 am - 33 year old male arrested and charged with Public Intoxication on 101st Street, found extremely intoxicated by patrolling members.
