North Battleford RCMP
Arrest warrants have been issued for all three youths who are all still unlawfully at large. Their names cannot be released as they are all under 18 years of age.
220pm - Three youth offenders Unlawfully at Large from Youth Facility. Ran from staff while on escorted leave. Last scene in area of 8th Avenue and 99th Street. Three youths, ages 13, 16 and 17 are all from the North Battleford area.
Cold Lake, Alberta - Cold Lake RCMP are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing 55 year old male.
Peter MacPhail was last seen on April 23, 2014 leaving his residence in Cold Lake, driving a silver 2003 Mini Cooper 2 door hatch back. The roof of the car is black.
Peter is described as:
Last seen wearing blue jeans and a dark t-shirt and a black coat with reflective stripes
Anyone with information on Peter MacPhail, or his vehicle, are asked to call Cold Lake RCMP at (780) 594-3302.

RM of Desalaberry, Manitoba, April 16, 2014 - St. Pierre Jolys RCMP is seeking the public's assistance in locating 16-year-old Toni Rose LINKLATER. Efforts to locate her by family and friends has been unsuccessful.
Family and police are concerned for Linklater's safety and well-being, Linklater is considered to be an at-risk-youth.
Linklater was last seen on the evening of April 14, 2014, it is believed that Linklater was hitchhiking to Winnipeg. She was wearing a black jacket and black tights.
Toni Linklater is described as 5'10, 143 lbs, average build, long brown hair, piercing's on her right eyebrow and lower lip.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Toni Linklater is asked to call the St. Pierre Jolys RCMP at 204-433-7433.
The Lloydminster Municipal RCMP request the public's assistance in locating 15 year old Ebonie Lee BRERTTON. Ebonie was last seen by her family on Thursday April 17th. Ebonie is First Nations, is 5'5" in stature, she weighs approximately 120 lbs, has brown hair and brown eyes.

On April 24, 2014 members from the Saskatoon RCMP Detachment were alerted to a vehicle that was submerged in the South Saskatchewan River near the Clarksboro Ferry. Members of the Warman Fire Rescue service confirmed that there were no individuals trapped in the vehicle.
On April 25, 2014, with the help of Saskatoon Fire and Protective services River Rescue Team a tow line was attached to the truck and it was pulled ashore. Investigation soon revealed the truck had been stolen from the City of Saskatoon.
The investigation is continuing.
Saskatchewan Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit
During the evening of April 24, 2014 investigators of the Saskatchewan
Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit (CFSEU)-Prince Albert and
Saskatoon teams arrested three persons during a traffic stop in Duck
Lake, Saskatchewan who were believed to be in possession of Cocaine.
Follow-up investigation led to the service of a search warrant in the
600 block of 14 Street West, Prince Albert, SK.
One of the arrested persons has been released without charges however
two have been held in custody and are to appear in Provincial Court in
Prince Albert, Saskatchewan on the morning of April 25, 2014.
Robert Eldon MCGAUGHEY, 41 years old, of Prince Albert, SK is charged
● Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking,
● Possession of Hydromorpone for the Purpose of Trafficking ,
● Possession of a Weapon Dangerous to the Public, and
● Three counts of Breach of an Undertaking.
Marie Pauline MCCALLUM, 49 years old, of Prince Albert, SK is charged
● Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking, and
● Possession of Hydromorpone for the Purpose of Trafficking.
Items seized during this investigation include:
● Approximately one ounce of Cocaine,
● 80 Hydromorphone pills,
● A large number of pills that have yet to be identified,
● Two canisters of ‘bear spray’, and
● A 1998 Ford F150 was seized as Offence Related Property.
The investigation is ongoing, additional charges may be laid if the
unknown pills are identified as being unlawful to possess.
CFSEU is funded by the Government of Saskatchewan through the Ministry
of Justice, Corrections and Policing. CFSEU is an investigative body
comprised of personnel from partner police agencies from the Regina
Police Service, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Prince Albert
Police Service, and the Saskatoon Police Service. The mandate of CFSEU
is to expose, investigate, disrupt, dismantle and prosecute organized

1140am - Criminal Harassment complaint involving person who recently ended a relationship. Investigation ongoing.
308pm - Sexual Assault reported, alleged to have occurred several months earlier. All parties known to each other. Investigation ongoing.
652pm - Two males, 43 and 50, arrested for Public Intoxication on 100th Street, located very intoxicated by patrolling members.
730pm - Report of a male smashing out a window to a vehicle on Winder Crescent. 20 year old male was located on scene and arrested. Subject facing charges of Mischief, Resist Arrest and Failing to Comply with Probation X 4. Accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in North Battleford Provincial Court on Friday April 25th at 930am.
1029pm - Report of intoxicated male trying to get into a residence on 111th Street. Subject known to complainant and left when police called. Complainant did not want matter pursued and no further complaints received.
127am - Intoxicated female at a business unable/refusing to pay outstanding bill. Members attended and subject managed to locate the required cash and a sober friend drove her home.
216am - Reported assault. Complainant advising she was at a house party and was assaulted by unknown person, was quite intoxicated and might be pregnant. Members attended located of alleged incident and found no party occurring.
