The Lloydminster Municipal RCMP along with the Fire Department were dispatched to a fire to a shed located on a property in the 4600 block of 50 Street. There were three individuals sleeping in the shed at the time of the fire. A male received severe burn injuries and was transported to the University of Alberta Hospital burn unit in critical condition. Two females were transported to the local hospital where they were treated for minor burns and later released. The investigation into the cause of the fire continues. Over 20 calls for service/occurrences reported, including 3 alarms (all false), 2 false/nuisance 911 call.
733am - Report of a hit and run to a vehicle parked on the 1500 block of 104th Street some time overnight.
749am - Vehicle parked on 1300 block of 107th Street overnight had side window broken out.
754am - GMC Sierra reported stolen from 104th Street. Vehicle was recovered by members shortly after 6pm and seized for forensic examination. Investigation ongoing.
820am - Mischief to a vehicle window on 800 block of 100th Street and a Ford F150 at same address reported stolen. Vehicle recovered shortly after 6pm and seized for forensic examination.
1046am - Hit and Run at Sobey's Parking lot. Suspect vehicle described as a Black Jeep Cherokee.
232pm - Theft of gasoline from a business on 100th Street. Suspect vehicle described as a 4-door smaller car, grey in colour.
640pm- 21 year old male arrested on 8th Avenue after reported of intoxicated person yelling at cars.
729pm - Call of an assault at a residence on 103rd Street. 36 year old male was arrested on scene without incident. Attending members received no cooperation from the complainant once on scene. Both subject knew each other and alcohol was a factor in the incident.
844pm - Report of unwanted guests at a residence on 108th Street, then advised everyone left when police called.
1152pm - Noise complaint on 105th Street, suspect located, warned and advised to leave area.
1220am - 911 call of a domestic dispute on 103rd Street. A 34 year old woman was arrested and has been charged with one count of Assault. She has since been released from custody and will make her first appearance in North Battleford Provincial Court on March 20th at 9am.
