The Busting With Energy Dragon Boat Team from Saskatoon will appear at the next meeting of CanSurmount on Tuesday, March 18 at 7 p.m. in the basement of Wesley United Church.

A Saskatoon dragon boat team comprised entirely of breast cancer survivors will make their long-delayed appearance in Prince Albert next Tuesday.

The Busting With Energy Dragon Boat Team will be the featured guests at the March 18 meeting of CanSurmount, a peer support group that provides support for cancer patients and their families.

Team members were originally scheduled to appear at a CanSurmount meeting last November before poor weather conditions forced the cancellation of their appearance.

At Tuesday’s meeting, Busting With Energy members from a wide variety of backgrounds and ages will share their experiences on the team, including many of the health benefits associated with dragon boating.

The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. in the basement of Wesley United Church, located at 65 11th St. E.
