Sasha is described as 5' tall, approximately 100 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing a black bunny hug and a black Gold Eagle Casino jacket. Teara is described as 5' tall, approximately 100 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing black Adidas pants and a black coat.

Broadview and Moosomin RCMP

The Broadview and Moosomin RCMP Detachments are reporting very icy road conditions on Highway 1 from Wolseley to the Saskatchewan/Manitoba border.  The weather conditions are making driving conditions very poor.  There have been a number of collisions on this portion of the highway.  It is asked that travelers drive with extreme caution.

1006am - 21 year old male arrested and facing charges of Impaired Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle and Care and Control while over .08 after a report of a suspicious vehicle in an alley on 103rd Street.

 

300pm - Report of a 13 year old missing since yesterday.  Whereabouts of youth confirmed by police, had not been missing after all.

 

641pm - Report of a hit and run to a parked vehicle.

 

1025pm - Noise complaint/possible domestic dispute on 102nd Street.  Members attended, all subjects fine.  Warned about noise.

1223am - Suspicious persons ringing a doorbell and running away on Winder Crescent.  Subjects not located.

 

137am - Report of an assault at a residence on 109th Street.  Upon arrival it was determined no assault occurred, just an argument with one subject leaving the home, possibly not properly dressed for weather.  Detailed search of area for subject negative.

Battlefords RCMP

The Battlefords RCMP have charged three youths in connection with an armed robbery complaint on the Sweet Grass First Nation on Friday February 14th, 2014.  Shortly before 10pm, a 911 call was received reporting three males wearing a disguise entered a business on the First Nation armed with Bear Mace and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.  All three suspects fled the scene were not located.  No one was injured during the incident.

Further investigation resulted in the arrest of two males, aged 14 and 16,  on Saturday.  The 14 year old youth has been charged with Robbery with a weapon X 2 and Wearing a Disguise with the intent to commit an offence.  The 16 year old has been charged with Robbery with a weapon, Robbery, Wearing a Disguise with the intent to commit and offence, Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose and Failing to comply with an Undertaking.  The third 15 year old  male was arrested early in the afternoon of Sunday February 16th and is facing charges of Robbery with a weapon X 2 and Wearing a Disguise with the intent to commit an offence.  All have been remanded into custody to make their first appearance in North Battleford Provincial Court on 930am on Tuesday February 18th, 2014.

Swift Current RCMP

12:00 p.m.

 

During the morning of February 16th, Swift Current Rural RCMP was called to a series of single vehicle rollovers and motor vehicle collisions which occurred on highway 1 near Swift Current.  There were no life- threatening injuries.  Freezing rain and high winds made highway conditions hazardous throughout the morning.  Although highway and weather conditions are now improving, RCMP would like to remind drivers to beware of icy sections and adjust their speeds to match the road conditions.

918am - Complaint of a break and enter to a residence in the 1300 block of 107th sometime overnight. Door and window damaged but nothing appeared to have been taken.

 

918am - Report of missing 14 year old female, later located by police and returned home.

 

1156am - Complaint of two intoxicated and belligerent males at a business. Both left prior to police arrival.

 

230pm - Report of a dispute over the attempted borrowing of a shovel. Male was refused shovel and began swearing but left before police arrived.

 

258pm - Report of possible illegal drug transaction on 19th Avenue. Still under investigation.

 

304pm - Complaint of intoxicated people smashing dishes at a residence. Turned out the dish was smashed by the complainant who threw it at another person. No charges.

 

803pm - Report of intoxicated male causing problems at a hotel, found to be breaching conditions of a recognizance not to leave Alberta. Arrested and will be charged accordingly.

 

1048pm - Noise complaint received from apartment building, turned out to be children running around. Parents spoken to.

 

1101pm - Complaint of an intoxicated male stumbling and falling on the road on 9th Avenue. He was lodged for sobering.

340am - Report of someone trying to break into a vehicle on 111th Street. No one located and no damage to vehicle.   

 

542am - Complaint of loud party on 111th Street. Warning issued.

On Friday February 14th at approximately 702 pm, members responded to a report of an assault at a business on 101st Street.  A 52 year old male was located on scene suffering from head injuries. He was transported to hospital in North Battleford. The suspect had left prior to police attending, but came back and was arrested. The 20 year old male suspect is currently in custody and is facing weapons charges as well as breaches of conditions. The investigation into the assault is continuing.

157pm - Complaint of intoxicated and unwanted person at residence, arrested and held for sobering.

 

159pm - Report of a non-reportable motor vehicle collision in the Frontier Mall parking lot.

334pm - Report of male youth who appeared sick and needed assistance. Located at residence with family and fine.

 

917pm - Female youth located intoxicated on 101st Street, arrested and charged under the Alcohol and Gaming Regulations Act.

 

927pm - Complaint of assault with hockey sticks on Borden Crescent, turned out to be a serious game of street hockey.

 

928pm - Complaint of male knocking and kicking at door on Laurier Crescent, male left before police arrived and not located.

 

954pm - Complaint of male going door to door offering to shovel driveways. Spoken to and advised that day time would be a better time for this.

 

1046pm - Complaint of a person on no contact conditions driving past a residence. Vehicle located parked some distance away. No charges.

 

1110pm - Male located outside the detachment drinking open alcohol. He was found to be on conditions not to consume alcohol, abide by a curfew, and had warrants. He was arrested and charged accordingly.

 

1146pm - Complaint of intoxicated male refusing to leave a hotel, arrested and held for sobering.

 

 

2014.02.08

130am - Report of an intoxicated male refusing to get into a vehicle. When police attended he had been taken home by family.

 

207am - Multiple calls of a male subject in a residence on 104th Street with a handgun. Residence searched and no handgun located. Occupants of residence intoxicated and said no one called police, however calls came from the residence.  

 

415am - Complaint of loud party on 103rd Street. Warning issued.

 

0523am - Complaint of assault at a residence on 103rd Street. One male suspect in custody and charges pending.
