Pelican Narrows RCMP 2014-01-20 10:53 Pelican Narrows RCMP were called to a house fire in the community of Pelican Narrows, Saskatchewan on the morning of January 18, 2014. The home owner along with 3 others were able to escape from the burning building. Police were advised that there were 2 boys aged 10 and 9 that were unaccounted for and were last seen within the residence. One female (approx. 10 years of age) who was the daughter of the homeowner sustained burns to her body and was taken to hospital in Flin Flon, Manitoba for treatment. She has since been taken to Winnipeg for further treatment. The extent of her injuries is not known. A fire scene examiner from the Provincial Emergency Management and Fire Safety Office attended to the scene on January 19, 2014. Further examination of the scene revealed the bodies of two unidentified children. An autopsy has been ordered in relation to the two bodies which were discovered. The investigation into the cause of the fire, is ongoing.
Warman RCMP Highway 7, 1 mile west of Delisle is closed to travel both ways as police investigate a collision between a tractor-trailer truck and a pick-up truck. It is believed there is one fatality and a collision re-constructionist has been called in. It is anticipated that traffic will be re-routed for several hours. More details will be forwarded as they become available.

429pm - 911 call, requesting assistance from police because caller was getting evicted for repeated late rent payments. Again, this is not what 911 is for.
501pm - 14 year old youth reported missing from group home, last seen at about 330pm. Subject contacted police a short time later and was provided a ride by to residence by police.
624pm - Assault reported at residence on 101st Street. Victim alleged to have been assaulted at residence by a person known to her. No significant injuries reported. Investigation ongoing.
1036pm - 18 year old male arrested fro outstanding warrants and found in Violation of conditions of Undertaking. Held in custody for court on January 18th at 930am.
1136pm - Loud party complaint on 107th Street which just turned out to be a really loud TV. TV turned down and all was good.
1249am - Report of numerous suspicious person, yelling and possibly getting ready to fight on 104th Street. Patrols negative.
211am - 48 year old male arrested and now facing charges of Impaired Driving, Refusing to Provide a Breath Sample and Driving while Disqualified after a vehicle stop on the east side of the city.
322am - Report of an intoxicated male causing a disturbance at a hotel. Two males, ages 48 and 39 located, heavily intoxicated and arrested for Mischief. Held in custody until sober.
418am - Members called to assist with eviction of a few people from a hotel room, causing a disturbance and not listening to staff. Subjects removed without incident.
425am - 27 year old woman arrested and now facing charges of Impaired Driving and Driving while over .08 after vehicle stop on 15th Avenue.
517am - Gas Theft reported from business on 100th Street. Suspect vehicle described as older Chevrolet Impala, darker in colour.
1034am - Vehicle parked on 1400 block of 103rd egged some time during previous evening. Investigation ongoing.
1145am - Report of an attempt theft of a vehicle parked on Henderson Drive. Steering column damage noted. Offence occurring some time during previous 2 weeks.
1225pm - Theft of cash reported from a residence on 97th Street. Investigation ongoing.
428pm - 32 year old man arrested and facing charges of Impaired Driving and Driving Over .08 after vehicle stop on east side of city. 33 and 32 year old passengers in vehicle also very intoxicated and arrested for Public Intoxication.
853pm - 911 call reporting a missing person. Caller very upset, crying and reporting her daughter missing. She could not initially remember her daughters name, and gave police 3 different names before settling on one. Then could not provide an age or date of birth for her missing daughter. Then confirmed her daughter was an adult and may just be out somewhere. While on the phone with police she turned around and found her daughter in the same room from where she was calling from. The daughter may have been the one who should have been crying seeing as her own mother didn't known her name, her birthday or even recognized her when she was the only other person in the room.
1046pm - 911 call of unwanted, intoxicated male refusing to leave a residence on 105th Street. 43 year old male arrested for Mischief and held until sober.
1107pm - 36 year old male arrested for Public Intoxication found heavily intoxicated by patrolling members on 15th Avenue.
1107pm - 69 year old woman arrested and facing charges of Impaired Driving and Refusing to Provide a Breath Sample after a vehicle check on Railway Avenue East.
117am - 911 call of a disturbance at a residence on 101st Street, first reporting that a woman was throwing knives, then phoned 911 again to report it was just an argument, then asked the 911 operator why they were on the phone. A 27 year old woman and a 31 year old man located near residence, heavily intoxicated were arrested. Both held in custody until sober.
122am - 58 year old male arrested for mischief after report of intoxicated male causing problems on 101st Street.
242am - Caller called 911 to report themselves for being intoxicated and located walking in area of 96th Street and Railway avenue. Arrested and held in custody until sober.
247am - Caller got into argument with sister and so called 911. No violence or threats. Warned about misuse of 911 system.
420am - Report of intoxicated male ringing doorbells on Deans Crescent. Patrols negative.
434am - Report of a theft of wallet on 100th street.
454am - Members called to same residence on 101st Street as the 117am dispatch. Again through 911 about people arguing and knives being used or threatened to be used. 23 year old male was arrested for Mischief and held in custody until sober, which seemed to stop the 911 calls to this address.
522am - Report of a male trying to break into a vehicle on 111th Street. Members located and arrested a 21 year old male who is facing charges of Obstruction and Failing to Comply with an Undertaking X 3. Remanded into custody and is set to appear in North Battleford Provincial Court at 930 on Monday January 20th.
835am - Report of an intoxicated person on 113th Street. Male located, appeared to have been assaulted and was taken to hospital and treated for facial, head injuries. Could not recall what occurred.
1042am - Theft of items from a vehicle parked on 900 block of 101st Street.
1047am - Report of an assault at a party the night before. Suspect(s) known to alleged victim. Investigation ongoing.
