Kelvington RCMP

Failing to remain at the scene of an accident in Nora, SK

 

 

The Kelvington/Rose Valley RCMP and Crime Stoppers are asking the public to be on the lookout for a black GMC Sierra pickup truck with thin flat aluminum running boards and a sliptank in the back. The truck was involved in a collision with a semi and failed to remain at the scene of the accident on Highway 35 north of Nora, Saskatchewan. It was last seen traveling north towards Archerwill, Saskatchewan. Police believe the truck will have damage to the rear passenger side and passenger side running board or side step, as well as possible damage to the rear passenger wheel as a result of the collision.

Coronach RCMP

2013-12-18  For immediate distribution

 

Sometime between 4:30 pm on Saturday November 16 and 8:00 am on Sunday November 17, 2013 an unknown individual(s) broke into the Bengough Community Centre.  It is believed that the thief used a black Bengough Credit Union bag he/she found inside of the curling rink to steal several bottles of hard liquor.   It is believed the culprit(s) entered and exited through one of the doors, as there was no damage noted to the building.

Indian Head RCMP

2013-12-18

1:12 p.m.

On Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at approximately 8:00 a.m., a lone male was driving a pickup truck on Highway #619, 20 kilometers south of Indian Head. The pickup truck was driving around a curve when it left the highway and rolled 360 degrees down an embankment where it came to rest upright on its wheels.

The 30 year old male driver from Wynyard was transported by EMS to Montmartre where STARS was waiting to transport him to hospital with undetermined injuries.

Road conditions were snow covered at the time of the accident, but it is undetermined if they are a factor in the collision. Highway #619 is not obstructed and traffic is flowing freely. The investigation into this collision continues.

Less then 20 calls for service/occurrences reported.  3 alarm calls, all false.

 

2013.12.17

629am - Vehicle in ditch at Battleford Underpass.  Icy road conditions at time of call.  No injuries reported.

 

947am - Graffiti reports to murals at a school on 97th Street.  Believed to have occurred between noon on the 16th and the time of the complaint.

 

1005am - Two vehicle collision on 97th Street.  Neither vehicle required to be towed.  No injuries reported.

 

230pm - Theft of wallet from a vehicle while parked on 102nd street.  Occurrence reported to have happened a month earlier.

 

433pm - 11 year old male reported missing.  Determined he had not attended school.  Child has history of similar incidents.  Addresses of known acquaintances checked.  Child located by members shortly after 6pm.

 

1035pm - Suspicious male reported checking out vehicles on Martin Crescent.

 

1048pm - Second complaint of male reported going through a vehicle, this time on Scott Drive.  Nothing reported missing.   Suspect described as 5'6", wearing a red hat and a black jacket.  A possible suspect later located by patrolling members in the area.  Matter remains under investigation.

 

1121pm - Single vehicle collision at intersection of Territorial Drive and 8th Avenue.  Driver lost control and car struck two poles, sustaining significant damage.  Vehicle towed from scene.  Icy road conditions present at time of collision.  No injuries to driver.

431am - Unwanted, intoxicated guest at residence on 101st Street.  Resolved.
