Press releases from RCMP across the province. Unedited and straight from the source.
On Monday, December 9th, 2013, at approximately 7:30 a.m. Turtleford RCMP, Glaslyn Fire and Rescue and North Battleford Ambulance responded to a two vehicle motor vehicle collision approximately four kilometers south of Glaslyn on Highway #4. A northbound crossover vehicle was passing another vehicle and collided with a southbound passenger car.
Blowing snow was obstructing visibility, but is not considered a factor in the collision. Alcohol is not considered a factor in the collision.
The drivers, both males, (can you say whether they are male or female? Who was driving which vehicle?) and lone occupants of each vehicle were both transported to Battlefords Union Hospital with what are reported to be serious injuries.
This collision remains under investigation by the RCMP Turtleford Detachment.
