Melville RCMP




During the evening of December 3,2013, members of the Melville/Ituna Detachment executed a search warrant on a residence on the south side of the community of Leross, Sask.

During the search, a marijuana grow operation was located inside of the house. The grow consisted of 19 mature plants, 34 starter plants, approximately 3.5 lbs. of harvested marijuana bud, various drug paraphernalia and related grow equipment, all of which were seized.

Two people were charged as a result:

A 15 year old male who will not be named due to his age has been charged with 1 count of Production of Marijuana.

A 43 year old Shelley KALLICHUK of Leross, Saskatchewan has been charged with Production of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana for the Purpose of Trafficking, and Possession of Marijuana Exceeding 30 Grams.

Both individuals are set appear in Melville Provincial Court at 10:00 am on January 13th, 2014.



North Battleford RCMP

North Battleford RCMP are requesting the public's assistance in identifying the subject in the attached picture.  This subject is a suspect in an assault from November 25th, 2013 which occurred at a business on Territorial Drive North.  Anyone with any information is asked to contact North Battleford RCMP at 306-446-1720 or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477.



White Butte RCMP


9:00 a.m.

RCMP White Butte Detachment is currently on scene of a two vehicle traffic collision at the intersection of Highway #1 and Pinkie Road near Regina.  A truck with only one occupant and a van with two occupants collided. The male driver of the truck has been transported by EMS to hospital in Regina with undetermined injuries.

The investigation into the cause of the collision continues. Traffic is down to one lane and drivers are asked to use caution when traveling in the area.

An update will be provided as further details become available.



North Battleford RCMP

2013.12.05 6am - 2013.12.06 6am


In excess of 20 call for service/occurrences reported.  Several complaints of dangerous/erratic driving, including complaints of persons texting while driving.  2 alarm responded to, found to be false.  One nuisance/false 911 call.


846am - Single vehicle collision on Bridges.  Roads very icy at time, vehicle lost control and struck guard rail and was blocking one lane of traffic for a brief period of time.  No injuries, and vehicle towed from scene.

1052am - Violent person reported at care facility.  Attended to assist in controlling subject.

1220pm - Mischief to online accounts reported.  Investigation ongoing.

634pm - 10 year old child reported missing.  Numerous areas/addressed checked.  Child returned home a short time later.

859pm - 62 year old male arrested for Causing a Disturbance at a business on Railway Avenue East.  Very intoxicated and refusing to leave, acting belligerent towards staff.  Held in custody until sober and facing two charges under Liquor Act.

920pm - Two unwanted and intoxicated persons at a residence on 8900 block of Panton Avenue, both refusing to leave.  33 and 46 year old males arrested at residence without incident.   46 year old male also found to have outstanding warrants and will be appearing in North Battleford Provincial Court on those matters on Friday December 6th at 930am.

1135pm - Intoxicated male reported to be causing problems at a residence on 1700 block of Trudeau Street.  Subject located and arrested for Failing to Comply with Probation, to appear in court on December 6th at 930am.


152am - 911 call of an assault on 900 block of 110th Street.  Suspect left scene when police called and no injuries noted.  Complainant did not want matter pursued.  All parties known to each other.

252am - 21 year old male arrested for Public Intoxication on 1000 block of 101st Street.  Held in custody until sober.

319am - 31 year old woman arrested for Assault after a report of an incident on 1600 block of 107th Street.  Victim was taken to hospital complaining of an injury to her arm.  Suspect remains in custody, no charges have be laid as of yet and investigation is ongoing.  Suspect and victim are known to each other.



Fort Qu'Appelle RCMP


06:50 a.m.


RCMP in Fort Qu'Appelle are currently on scene of a stalled Tractor trailer (b-train) loaded with cement that is stalled blocking east bound lane 1-2 kms east of Fort Qu'Appelle Highway #10.


Broadview RCMP


01:34 a.m.


RCMP in Broadview are currently on scene of a 2 vehicle motor vehicle collision involving 2 semi trailers which occurred on highway #1, 4 kilometers west of Broadview. One of the drivers suffered minor injuries. One west bound lane of Traffic will be open for the time being.

RCMP in Broadview are currently on scene of a 2 vehicle motor vehicle collision involving 2 semi trailers which occurred on highway #1, 4 kilometers west of Broadview. One of the drivers suffered minor injuries. Both lanes of Traffic will be closed for Approx. 10 -15 min.
