Ryan Desjarlais, 18 and Nick Gardiner, 17 as they practice on Thursday afternoon for their performance at the Points Athabasca Northern Spirits Showcase on Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. There will be about 40 young people performing, emceeing and running the show. The youth came in from all over the North, with many driving of flying hundreds of kilometres just for this show. They arrived on Thursday and have to get used to the stage and lights they will be in front of in just a few days
