Ken: amazing how the government is unfriendly to a business owner who breaks the law! Maybe if Mr Tsar got the proper permits before acting...

Ken and Deb, re-read the article, it's about Canada, not just Saskatchewan. I have friends in the east who are amazed at the progress our PROVINCE is making. We should be proud to be included in the top ten entrepreneurial leaders NATIONALLY!
Your negative glass half full attitude would still have us still chasing our food to club it over the head, and eat it raw.
(your point(s) may have more credibility if your spelling and grammar were correct)

horay! We're the most competitive City in Saskatchewan....AFTER Moose Jaw, Regina and Saskatoon!
Sounds like Saskatchean is now competative, and PA is bringing up the rear.
    PA needs a new mayor!!!!!!!!!
