Don't let your yard be overgrown with grass or noxious weeds.
That's the message from Ken Hunter, bylaw manager with the Prince Albert Police Service.
Hunter said the provincial Noxious Weeds Act governs the procedure around noxious weeds.
"We give a five-day notice to property owners to have their weeds cut and grass cut," said Hunter.
If it hasn't been done by that deadline, city crews will do the job and add the bill to the owner's taxes.
