The Prince Albert Predators return to action on Saturday when they host the Saskatoon Smash in Prairie Gold Junior Lacrosse League action at 7 p.m. at the Kinsmen Arena.
The Predators, who will travel to Saskatoon on Sunday for the second half of the weekend doubleheader against the Smash, are 1-0 to start the season after outscoring the Estevan Big Dogs 10-8 in their season opener last weekend.
Prince Albert will have a two-week break after this weekend’s action before getting back to work for a May 24 game against the Saskatoon Steelers, also at the Kinsmen Arena.
The Predators will then travel to Regina at the end of the month for the first-ever league festival where they will play three games in three days plus have representation in the annual all-star contest.
The regular season concludes at the end of June with playoffs to take place the first two weekends in July.
