The Warman Wildcats were just too much for the Prince Albert NAPA Raiders to handle.

The Centre-Four Hockey League pee wee division’s only undefeated team clawed its way to a series sweep of the Raiders with a 3-2 triumph on Saturday at the Kinsmen Arena.

The Wildcats, who led 2-0 going into the second period, needed a marker with three minutes to play to salvage the win and advance to the league championship against either Humboldt or West Central.

Jack Kowblick and Ben Zultok tallied for the Raiders, who played the Wildcats hard all season, but could never hit the win column.

All three developmental teams from Prince Albert are now done for the season as the bantam Venice House Raiders were eliminated from the Saskatchewan Bantam AA Hockey League playoffs in the second round while the Dmyterko Enterprises Raiders were knocked out of the Centre-Four Hockey League midget division post season in the opening round.

In the Saskatchewan Hockey Association house-league playoffs, all four Prince Albert representatives were ousted by their Saskatoon counterparts leaving just city playoffs in the various divisions remaining to played. Those are in progress right now with division finals to be completed by the end of the month.
