Yes, it’s true.

Patients who are afflicted with the age-related eye problem called macular degeneration, are now able to receive their regular injections right here in Prince Albert.

For the past two years, my dear and longtime friend had no choice but to travel to Saskatoon for these monthly injections. This routine caused not only apprehension and uneasiness, but was very inconvenient, time consuming and somewhat costly, when considering the travel distance and the exorbitant parking costs at the hospital.

As well, one would never know what state the weather and road conditions would be like on that particular day.

How wonderful and convenient it’s been for patients who can now have their delicate procedure done right here in our own city.

Dr. S. Khan works in the same building as opthamologist Dr. Todd Buglass. Dr. Khan arrived in P.A. a few months ago from Manchester, England.

We find him to be very professional, caring, compassionate, as well as possessing a wry sense of humour; all characteristics to make a patient feel assured and comfortable.

It’s so gratifying and fortunate to have this specialized treatment offered locally.
