Albert Gunville, accused in the Shellbrook bank robbery earlier this month, didn't give a plea today as scheduled.

The matter was adjourned until Dec. 2.

The robbery took place on Oct. 1 at the Scotiabank in Shellbrook. Police were called to the scene just before noon, where they were told two men had walked into the bank, one wielding a machete, and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Gunville and Waylon Absolum Custer were arrested at about 8 p.m. on Highway 16 near Maidstone after North Battleford police spotted a black truck driving erratically, and saw that it matched the description for the robbery in Shellbrook.
