A pair of city teenagers face theft charges after being caught with stolen items in their possession.
City police went to a call on the 500 block of 28th Street East for a theft from a vehicle just before 1 a.m. on Friday morning.
After speaking with the victim, officers swarmed the area, and with a police dog also being used, the young men were discovered with the stolen items.
The two, who can’t be named, are ages 15 and 16, and both face theft charges. In addition, one of the two faces a charge of being in breach of a Youth Criminal Justice Act court order.
