A 51-year-old Muskoday First Nation man now faces four more charges in relation to the death of a young cyclist last Saturday.
On Tuesday morning, during his second appearance in Prince Albert Provincial Court on the matter, the man was charged with negligence causing death, criminal negligence causing bodily harm, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm and operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm.
He was charged with two other offences on Monday morning.
Last Saturday evening, a vehicle struck an 11-year-old cyclist who was riding with friends on Highway 3 near the Muskoday Bridge. The boy later died in hospital.
None of the other youngsters were injured.
Gordon Morris Crain, 51, also faces charges of impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing death as well as dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death.
He remains in custody.
