Plane makes emergency landing at La Ronge

At approximately 10:15 a.m. on Friday, La Ronge RCMP responded to an emergency landing.


A small plane, travelling to Uranium City from Saskatoon, required an emergency landing at the La Ronge Airport, due to a crack in the windshield that caused a loss in cabin pressure.

Prior to the landing, La Ronge EMS, Fire and RCMP arrived on scene.

The plane was carrying two pilots and five passengers. Luckily, no one was injured in the incident.

No other details are known at this time.
