Hundreds of dollars worth of jewelry stolen

A local jewelry store reported the theft of bracelets worth hundreds of dollars on Monday.

Prince Albert police arrived at the store, located in the 1400 block of Central Avenue, at approximately 5:18 p.m. after receiving a report of a theft.

A man had entered the store expressing interest in a rack containing bracelets and earrings. Staff became busy helping customers and the man left.

When staff returned to the rock, they saw that a number of bracelets had been stolen, with an estimated worth in the hundreds of dollars range.

The suspect is described as an aboriginal male, wearing all black, bald and heavily tattooed. At the time of the incident, he was wearing sunglasses hanging around his neck.
