Man suffers non-life-threatening wound in stabbing

A man was treated for a non-life-threatening wound to his leg after a reported stabbing on Sunday evening.

Prince Albert police were dispatched to the 600 block of Seventh Street East to investigate a stabbing. Upon arrival, they found a 24-year-old man suffering from a leg wound.

Parkland Ambulance Paramedics then arrived on the scene and transported the man to Victoria Hospital.

At the same residence, police arrested a 28-year-old female suspect for breach of undertaking.

The victim and suspect are known to each other. An investigation is ongoing.
