Prince Albert Provincial Court

Animal cruelty charges against a Prince Albert man have been dropped due to lack of evidence.

Carlyle Clint Miller appeared in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Tuesday after pleading guilty to a number of unrelated charges. He was subsequently remanded and will next appear in court to receive his sentence for the latter.

Sentencing is set to take place on Wednesday, July 2.
