Sunday marked the official start of Paramedic Services Week across Canada. Parkland Ambulance invites everyone to follow them on twitter for updates: #parkambulance, #psweek2014.

Parkland Ambulance also reminds people that is is easy to get sunburned on a cloudy day, just as it is on a hot, sunny day.

Wear sunscreen, a hat and drink plenty of water to continue having summer fun.

Alcoholic beverages and pop are not considered good to stay hydrated -- instead just drink water.
