Over Easter weekend, Parkland Ambulance paramedics responded to 72 incidents. Of those, some of note are:

• At 5:40 a.m. on Saturday, paramedics responded to an assault on the Montreal Lake Reserve. Paramedics cared for a 30-year-old male with injuries who was taken to the hospital for further care.

• Between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Friday, paramedics responded to three separate motor vehicle collisions on Highway 11 between Prince Albert and MacDowall. All motor vehicle collisions resulted in no injuries and can likely be attributed to the snow and related weather conditions.
