The shower facilities at the Kinsmen Water Park will close on Thursday at 7 p.m. They were originally opened for residents without water due to water main breaks and frozen lines.
The city said significant progress has been made, with only a few businesses left with frozen lines.
In addition to shower services, the city also provided drinking water to the homes.
The city has been dealing with a record number of frozen lines and water main breaks in the last few weeks due to a cold winter resulting in deeper than normal frost levels.
There were 94 reported frozen lines, compared to the 15 during an average winter, and 40 water main breaks, compared to 20 during as average winter.
