The Saskatchewan Female Midget AAA Hockey League game between the Prince Albert A&W Bears and Saskatoon Stars that was scheduled to be played tonight at 7 p.m. at the Art Hauser Centre has been postponed.

The Stars notified the league that they were not willing to take to the highway due to poor road conditions forcing the game to be rescheduled. That poses a problem, however, as ice availability in Prince Albert is at a premium due to the 2014 Saskatchewan Winter Games being held in the city next week and with the league’s schedule set to conclude at the end of next week a neutral site might be required.

Stay tuned to the Prince Albert Daily Herald for more information when it becomes available.
