Parkland Ambulance Paramedics attended to several noteworthy calls recently that hadn’t previously been reported.
• At 12:32 p.m. on Thursday, paramedics responded to a two-vehicle collision in the 900 block of Marquis Road. Paramedics cared for three people, one female and two males, with injuries. All were transported by ambulance in good condition to hospital.
• At 6:39 p.m. on Wednesday, paramedics responded to an assault on the Sturgeon Lake Reserve. Paramedics cared for a 52-year-old female with minor injuries who was taken by ambulance to Victoria Hospital.
• At 11 p.m. on Wednesday, paramedics responded to a motor vehicle collision at 28th Street and 15th Avenue East. There were no injuries.
• UPDATE -- The 65-year-old male involved in the motor vehicle collision on Tuesday around 10 p.m. has been transferred to Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon where he remains in serious but stable condition. The driver suffered from a sudden medical collision, likely resulting in the collision.
