The bus that goes from Prince Albert to Saskatoon through Melfort, stopping in communities like Muskoday, Birch Hills, Weldon, Kinistino and Beatty, will see an extra bus a week in each direction.

The PA-Rosthern-Saskatoon route is an interesting comparison. In 1971, buses left PA at 9AM, 2PM, and 6PM, 7 days a week. In 2009, after adding 15,000 residents, buses leave PA at 9AM, 2PM, and 6PM, 7 days a week. This helps explain why Saskatchewan is such a major greenhouse gas emitter.
