ST. JOHN'S, N.L. - Engineering firm Rutter Inc. (TSX:RUT) reported a third-quarter loss of $1.2 million, or 1.6 cents per share, compared with a profit of $3.4 million, or 4.4 cents per share, a year ago. The company blamed a reduction to a program run by a significant military customer for its declining revenue, which fell to $5.2 million, roughly half the $10.9 million it reported for the same quarter last year.
