Impaired motorist drives vehicle into snow bank

A Prince Albert man was arrested Sunday after police found his vehicle stuck in a snow bank.

Police responded to a complaint at approximately 3:32 a.m. of a vehicle trapped in snow at the intersection of 10th Street and Fifth Avenue East.

After waking the 31-year-old male driver and lone passenger in the car, police arrested the man and charged him with impaired driving and exceeding .08.

The suspect was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to make his first appearance in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Monday, Feb. 18.
