Multiple apartment suites broken into, vandalized

Several apartment suites were broken into and approximately $10,000 damage caused over the weekend on River Street.

Prince Albert Police first received a report on Sunday of a break and enter and vandalism to an apartment building in the 400 block of River Street West.

Multiple empty suites and an occupied (but empty) suite were entered and thousands of dollars in damage were done to walls and cupboards.

Police continue to investigate. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 953-4222 or Prince Albert Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
