One youth was arrested after a group of young people removed a fire extinguisher from a building and sprayed water on surrounding structures.

Police responded on Tuesday at 3:11 a.m. to a possible mischief in progress call from the 1200 block of 28th Street East. The complainant guided officers to a group of youths believed to be responsible. An ensuing investigation found that they had taken the fire extinguisher and used it on area buildings.
