Mayor Jim Scarrow declares he will run for reelection in October.

On Friday morning, mayor Jim Scarrow declared that he would be running for mayor in the coming civic and school-boards election on Oct. 24.


Scarrow is currently in his second term of office, since his election in October 2006.

He made his statement outside of city hall early on Friday.
