Internal cardiac defibrillators session planned

Those wanting to learn more about internal cardiac defibrillators are invited to attend a free TeleHealth workshop on Wednesday, Sept. 19.

Featuring Dr. Nuelle Novik, the session will share the ins and outs of the devises, including practical skills and techniques to adjust and cope effectively after having one installed.

All attendees must be 18 years of age or older.

Those interested in participating in the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region – hosted event must register by 4 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 14, to ensure they have a spot available.

Prospective registrants can call 765-6082, or email telehealth@paphr.sk.ca.

The event will be held across the province, including the TeleHealth education Suite in room 431 at the Victoria Hospital.
