City Hall will be closed on Monday, Sept. 3.
Public Works
The Prince Albert Landfill will be open on Sept. 1 and Sept. 3 from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The landfill will be closed Sept. 2. Collection dates for garbage and recycling will happen one day later during the week of Sept. 3 – 7 due to the holiday on Monday.
Pickup dates for residents are available on calendars that were delivered to their households or online at www.citypa.ca.
Transit
There will be no transit service on Sept. 2 – 3. There will be regular service on Sept. 1 from 9:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Leisure Centres
Margo Fournier Centre will be closed from Sept. 1 – 3. Regular hours of operation will resume on Sept. 4 from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The Frank J. Dunn pool will be closed Sept. 3. The pool will be open on Aug. 31, Sept. 1 and Sept. 2. Public swim, lane swim, adult and family swim times are available. Visit www.citypa.ca for the schedule of swim times.
Prince Albert Art Centre will be closed from Sept. 1 – 3. Fall hours of operation will begin on Sept. 4. Fall hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 pm. And Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Museums
The final day of summer operations for the museums is Friday, Aug. 31. On Sept. 4, the Historical Museum, Evolution of Education and Museum of Police and Corrections are open by appointment. The only museum that is not available for tours during the winter is the Diefenbaker House. For all tours, call the Historical Museum at 764-2992.
Arenas
The Art Hauser Centre office will be closed Sept. 1 – 3. The arena will be open for previously schedule events. Visit www.citypa.ca for the schedule.
