Update on Diefenbaker Bridge lane closures

The City of Prince Albert would like to advise motorists of upcoming lane closures on the Diefenbaker Bridge.

Both southbound lanes of the bridge will be closed starting Monday, Aug. 13 at 6:30 p.m., and lasting until Monday, Aug. 27, for abutment bearing and girder repairs.

Work on the bridge is expected to last until the late fall, with lane closures through Aug. and Sept.

Further updates will be provided as they become available.

Over-width load haulers must schedule an appointment with the Public Works Department (953-4900) to register for the Tuesday or Thursday morning crossings, scheduled for 10 a.m.
