The Melville RCMP are asking the public's assistance in locating the person(s) responsible for the theft of property from a motor vehicle in the City of Melville.
The theft occurred sometime between the hours of 10:00 am and 11:00 am on Wednesday the 25th of June, 2008. The vehicle was parked in the driveway at the owners residence on the 600 block of Main Street. Stolen from the vehicle was a new Cannon Power Shot Digital Camera.
The RCMP wants to remind the public to ensure your vehicle is locked and not to leave items visible inside your vehicle. Secure your items inside the trunk where they cannot be seen or take the time and remove the items.
