Mindy and her two kittens were found under a shed on Oct. 24. Mindy was about a year and a half old, and her kittens about seven weeks. Unfortunately we are not sure that her other kittens survived, as the two were the only ones found with her. Upon arrival, Mindy and her babies were placed in isolation kennels for observation because her kittens appeared to be sick, but after a little TLC the three of them are happy and healthy and now awaiting their forever home. She is definitely a very nurturing lady as you’ll often find her grooming whatever cat will put up with her love -- whether an adult or a kitten and she LOVES any type of affection. Mindy is up to date with routine vaccinations, litter-trained, spayed and micro chipped. If you would like to meet Mindy you can come down to 680 Exhibition Drive or call our Animal Care Center at 1-306-763-6110 for more information.
