Sgt Angel's Opinion

Thinking of a new home? Thinking of having an RTM built instead of building on site??? Good or bad idea? Both have pros and cons believe me. Building on site is a lot easier to do when dealing with the bank but RTM's are now being built to the point, where once they are moved on site (usually anywhere from 3 to 8 months) they are almost ready to be moved into. I say "almost", because, you still have to get all the rest of the contractors to get their acts together and get their work done, before the house can actually be lived in. Unless of course you don't mind, not having power, running water or heat. If these things don't bother you, then your already. Remember, you still need to have these minor conviences completed when building your home on site, so this is a con for both options. Horror stories welcome :0)
