Chrystal’s children’s art gala a rousing ‘success’

The Chrystal Rivet Memorial Framed Talent Art Gala raised over $13,000, by auctioning the art of preschoolers. This was the gala’s fourth year, but the first since being renamed in memory of Chrystal Rivet. They had an increase in attendance of about 100 people from last year and made thousands of dollars to support early childhood programs and children's arts.

Tiles painted by young children that were on auction at the Chrystal Rivet Memorial Framed Talent Art Gala on Friday. The gala raised over $13,000 which will be reinvested early childhood development programs and in supporting talented educators with a passion for working with young children.
